To facilitate the best possible care, please bring the following:

  • A list of your pet’s current medications, immunization records, known allergies, and any surgical history.

  • Any relevant packaging if poisoning or toxin exposure is suspected.

What to Expect Upon Arrival

  1. Triage: Our team will assess your pet’s condition to prioritize care based on urgency.

  2. Assessment: A thorough patient history and physical examination will be performed.

  3. Recommendations & Estimates: We will discuss treatment plans and provide a detailed cost estimate.

  4. Deposit & Payment: A deposit is required for treatment to begin. Final payment is due at discharge. Payment options include cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Scratch Pay, and CareCredit (checks are not accepted).

After-Hours Specialty Care
