Anita Hensley brings over 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine and 24 years in healthcare management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Ohio State University, driven by a lifelong passion for animal care and veterinary science.

Her career spans roles from kennel care and surgical technician to hospital director, including 8.5 years leading operations at Capital Veterinary Referral Center/MedVet Hilliard. Now, as the Director of Operations at FVRC, Anita is dedicated to ensuring excellence in veterinary care, team development, and operational efficiency.

Recently relocated from Ohio to Florida, she enjoys spending weekends soaking up the sun, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with her daughter, Emma, and their two beloved pups—Louie, a Boston Terrier, and Remi, a Boston/Pug mix.
